Seven Seas Voyager: Regent Cruises

There are four open-seating main restaurants plus the Pool Grill - a surprising number for a ship of her size! Waiters recruited from some of the world's finest restaurants and hotels provide our renowned "Above & Beyond" service. A choice of fine, complimentary wine is poured nightly, or a professional sommelier will be pleased to discuss alternatives available for purchase from the Seven Seas Voyager's wine cellar. And if you prefer to dine en suite, you may order selections from the chef's nightly menu during regular dining hours - while the room service menu is available 24 hours a day.

Compass Rose Restaurant

The Seven Seas Voyager's largest restaurant is spacious and absolutely stunning. Tables are arranged so that most guests have a picture window view, and thanks to the handsome etched glass partitions, you'll feel like you're dining in a much more intimate room. Menus include continental specialties as well as vegetarian and spa cuisine.

Signatures Restaurant

Enjoy the cuisine of Le Cordon Bleu® of Paris, undoubtedly the most famous cooking school in the world amid the elegant atmosphere of Signatures with its white table lines, burgundy chairs and the soft glow of candlelight. Choose a traditional French specialty such as escargots or canard à l'orange or select from the Menu du Monde featuring cuisine from around the world, all prepared using the Cordon Bleu method.

Latitudes

This open-galley restaurant features menus that have been artistically developed to celebrate the modern American Palate. From the Great Northwest to California, Texas, Illinois, Florida, New York and even Hawaii, Latitudes combines the finest regional wines and specialties paired with carefully selected music. A most unique and memorable dining experience!

La Veranda

The festive La Veranda is filled with the light-hearted bonhomie you might find in a small trattoria or French brasserie. Here you can enjoy an enticing mix of Mediterranean cuisine with a North African influence. Stuffed aubergines, for example, or Lamb Tagine with dried Figs and Almonds. La Veranda is also the venue for elaborate breakfast and lunch buffets in a more casual atmosphere.

Seven Seas Mariner: RSSC

Seven Seas Navigator: Regent Cruise

Choose to dine at the elegant Compass Rose, a single-open-seating venue, dine at the Pool Grill during the day or make a reservation at the intimate Portofino Grill. Or, of course you may choose to dine in the privacy of your suite at any hour with 24-hour room service. Compass Rose Restaurant

A superb fusion of international cuisines is artfully presented in the Seven Seas Navigator's elegant main dining room with its fresh flowers, fine linen, china and crystal.

Portofino Grill

Casual breakfast or lunch can be enjoyed at the Portofino Grill, inside or out. At night, it's transformed into the Seven Seas Navigator's reservations-only alternative restaurant, where Italian cuisine can be served al fresco and always al dente. Menus feature a variety of specialties, from the subtle flavors of Parma, Tuscany and Piedmont to the succulent seafood of Genoa and the olive oil and garlic-flavored pastas of Naples. During the day this venue offers elaborate breakfast and lunch buffets in a more casual atmosphere.

Paul Gauguin:

Paul Gauguin's restaurants are designed to compliment and enhance the dining experience, not overwhelm it. Dining is unhurried and relaxed - you may enjoy the pleasures of the table without the regimentation of assigned seating or having to rush through your dessert. Here, the constraints of formal wear, tuxedos and ties are forgotten and the only dress code is "relaxed." Complimentary wines are served with lunch and dinner, or you may select an alternative vintage available for purchase from the wine cellar. During normal dining hours, you may choose from the restaurants' menus and enjoy dinner in your stateroom or suite. A special 24-hour room service menu is also available.

L'Etoile

Enjoy fine French cuisine with a Polynesian accent amid the classic furnishings and fluted shell lighting reminiscent of one of the refined dining establishments in Paris. Here delectable cuisine is artfully presented and guests receive the most diligent attention.

La Veranda

Veranda's curved railings and sun-infused ambience might recall leisurely dining on a yacht club terrace on the Côte d'Azur. Two-star Michelin chef Jean-Pierre Vigato is the genius behind its celebrated cuisine. His original Apicius menu offered nightly in La Veranda incorporates both signature dishes and fresh creations, from Shrimp and Leek Terrine to Fresh Mahi-Mahi on a Mousseline of Bacalao.

Le Grill

Greet the sun with a buffet breakfast at Le Grill. Or enjoy lunch by the pool on a choice of grilled favorites, salads and fresh tropical fruits. At night Le Grill is transformed into a cozy indoor/outdoor restaurant serving grilled specialties in a more casual atmosphere.
